What day 30 looks like

Transition and taper.

Weeks 4 to 6 · Lipo 360

Compression typically steps down from stage 1 to stage 2. Bruising is gone; numbness in patches continues to resolve. Most light cardio is cleared between weeks 3 and 4; strength training returns slowly. Massage tapers to once or twice per week.

Book your recovery

Day 30 is easier in a suite that is already set up for it.

Our semi-private suite package (5 nights) covers this exact window with 24/7 monitoring, lymphatic drainage on the right cadence, and surgeon coordination built in.

A gentle reminder

At any day of recovery, these are worth paying attention to.

  • Fever above 101 F (38.3 C). Especially paired with increasing pain or redness, a sustained fever signals infection. Same-day surgeon contact.
  • Shortness of breath or chest pain. Treat as a possible pulmonary embolism. Call 911 first; ask questions second.
  • One-sided calf pain, warmth, or swelling. Possible deep vein thrombosis. Do not massage the leg. Seek urgent evaluation.
