About pricing
Is this estimate the final price?
It is a calibrated estimate using the same rates listed on our pricing page. Your concierge confirms the final quote after reviewing your surgery date, arrival plan, and any custom needs.
How much deposit is due to hold my dates?
A 50% deposit secures your suite. The remaining balance is due at check-in, payable by any method we accept.
Are meals, laundry, and transportation really included?
Yes. Every suite rate includes chef-prepared meals, daily housekeeping, laundry service, medication management, WiFi, and scheduled airport and surgeon transportation. No add-on fees for the essentials.
Can I pay with HSA, FSA, or split between methods?
Most guests do split their payment. HSA and FSA are accepted when your plan confirms eligibility, and we routinely process card + Zelle, ACH + cash, and other combinations.
What if my surgery date moves?
We expect it. Reschedules are honored at no additional cost with 48 hours notice. Your deposit applies cleanly to the new dates.
