From the Founder
A letter to the person this house is for.
My name is Sharell, and I started Bodied in MIA because I watched too many patients fly into this city for surgery and heal alone — in hotel rooms, on friends' couches, in rentals where the person at the front desk didn't know the difference between a BBL and a bad nap. That wasn't care. That was a gap in the market being filled by people who deserved more.
So we built the house I wish every patient had. Private suites. Post-op specialists. A team that actually talks to your surgeon. A protocol instead of a prayer. In less than two years, we have walked hundreds of patients through the most vulnerable ten days of their lives — and the feedback we hear most often is the same: 'I wish I could stay longer.'
Today, our focus is simple: make recovery feel planned, private, and cared for from the first call to the flight home. Women-owned and operated; open to every patient.
