Policies you can plan around
Clear, humane terms. Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. Early arrival and late departure are accommodated when availability allows.
Deposit
A 50% deposit secures your dates. We send a secure payment request and track the remaining balance for arrival.
Cancellation
Full refund up to 14 days prior. Inside 14 days, deposit is applied as credit toward a future stay.
Rescheduling
Surgery dates move — we get it. Reschedules are honored at no additional cost with 48 hours notice.
Concierge Flexibility
Every arrangement is custom. Reach out for bespoke stays, extended recovery, or combined services.
