Airport pickup
MIA, FLL, OPF, and regional Miami-Dade and Broward airports. International arrivals include curbside meet-and-greet at baggage claim. The vehicle is climate-controlled, the seating is reclined, and your suite is ready when you arrive.
Surgical facility transfer
Direct pickup from your surgeon's facility on discharge day. We coordinate with the office on timing so you never wait at the curb. Vehicle prepared with BBL pillow if needed, blankets, water, and the positioning your surgeon recommended.
Surgeon follow-up rides
Most plastic surgery recoveries include two to four follow-up visits during a 7 to 14 day stay. We handle each ride to the surgeon's office (Coral Gables, Doral, Aventura, Brickell, or wherever your surgeon practices) and back.
Pharmacy and errand runs
Same-day prescription pickup, supply runs (additional faja, drain supplies, electrolyte powder, snacks), and the small errands you cannot run yourself when you cannot bend, lift, or drive.
Lymphatic drainage transport
If your lymphatic drainage is at an outside provider rather than in-suite, we handle the rides. Most Bodied in MIA stays include in-suite mobile lymphatic drainage so transport is not required.
Departure-day airport drop-off
Same care, same positioning, in reverse. Wheelchair assistance is requested with your airline if needed. Compression garment check before the flight. Snacks and water for the travel day.
Honest about the line.
This is not licensed medical transport. If your surgeon recommends supervised clinical transport, we refer to licensed medical transport providers. Concierge transport is for non-emergency travel between your suite, the surgeon's office, the airport, and routine errand destinations.
This is not a rideshare service. The vehicle is not booked through a generic platform. The driver is briefed on your specific positioning needs, drain location if applicable, and surgeon coordination protocol before arrival.
This is not handled separately from your stay. Transport is integrated with your recovery suite schedule, your lymphatic drainage cadence, and your surgeon's follow-up timing. One person coordinates all of it.
For genuine medical emergencies during your stay we call 911. Concierge transport is one piece of an integrated recovery package — not a substitute for clinical care.
